Pre-race Analysis: SUI, GER and CZE should qualify for the "A" final. Ger had a very comfortable lead in the preliminary heat just 500 meters into the race and was never pushed. So discount GER's 5th place indication in prediction. AUS and CZE each had tough preliminary heats, each placing 2nd behind pre-regatta medal contenders. SUI should win, but GER should beat AUS and possibly CZE.
