About JAMCO

JAMCO has been serving the competitive rowing community since 1968 with the following products and services.

The JAMCO Rowing Data Base is a comprehensive and growing collection of race data from elite level competitions, e.g., the Olympics and World Championship regattas. The data includes all medal winners and most non-medal winners. Today, complete race data is available as far back as 1960 for elite men rowers and 1982 for women rowers. JAMCO is continuously expanding this data base.

JAMCO for Splits Regatta Services independently operates a split timing system at major rowing regattas and publishes JAMCO for Splits Race Bulletins, providing rowers and coaches detailed race performance data that allow crews to analyze their race performance and even predict the outcome of future races. Race Bulletins will also be published on this web site. JAMCO for Splits race data has been used by United States television networks during broadcasts of Olympic rowing events.

In 2002, JAMCO brought live, real-time race results, including 500m split times to major collegiate rowing regattas.

In 2005, live streaming audio coverage was introduced. A first for US collegiate rowing competitions.

In 2006, live streaming video was added, giving fans a superior view of the action.
